Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive we would like to notify the market of the following: The Company's capital consists of 21,599,109 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in SQS is 21,599,109. The above figure of 21,599,109 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SQS under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
