Our Managing Consultants are amongst the best in the business. They have a minimum of 10 years experience of project management and testing. They are used to leading and initiating complex projects and often plan, control and report activities to senior executives and manage risks and oversee change control procedures. They are familiar with the preparation and presentation of cost/benefit analysis projection and ROI statistics at senior level. Many have Instructor level qualifications for leading testing tools and are used to implementing knowledge transfer programmes to customers. SQS-UK Managing Consultants excel in the definition and implementation of Quality Governance strategies and aligning QG with IT and Business Strategies of the organisation.
Senior Consultants have eight to ten years experience with a record of many successful projects as Project Lead. They develop and lead project management teams and prepare realistic and achievable project quality and risk plans. They will introduce tools and techniques to improve performance and prepare cost/benefit analysis programmes to prove the benefits attained. Each Senior Consultant has been responsible for the delivery of at least five man-years of successful testing effort. SC's are experienced at negotiating with vendors and suppliers on behalf of clients to ensure testing runs to schedule. They often introduce Test tools and CAST tools to projects and coach client personnel on their use. They are experienced in defining Quality Governance processes and metrics and delivering these within the project scope.
Consultants have between two and seven years experience and
plan, control, implement and track testing processes. They
strive to make maximum use of resources and assets to improve
testing performance. They are team leaders as well as active
members of the test team and are well used to taking responsibility
for the production, delivery and completion of test phases
and on reporting their success. Many consultants are specialists
in Automated Testing and Load & Performance Testing and
have experience of SCCM tools and techniques.
