The Company announces that on 26 March 2008 a member of the family of Rudolf van Megen, a director of the Company, has acquired on the Deutsche Borse, Frankfurt 700 Ordinary Shares for €3.55 per share. Following this purchase, Mr van Megen and his family have an interest in 4,237,485 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 19.62 per cent. of the Company's current total issued ordinary share capital.
