SQS Software Quality Systems AG ("SQS" or the 'Company')
Director Shareholding
The Company announces that on 6 March 2008 Rene Gawron, a director of the
Company, has acquired 3,000 ordinary shares of €1 each ('Ordinary Shares') for
269.5 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Gawron has an interest in 47,129 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 0.22 per cent. of the Company's current total issued
ordinary share capital.
The Company also announces that on 6 March 2008 Rudolf van Megen, a director of
the Company, has acquired 32,000 Ordinary Shares for 269.5 pence per share and
that a member of his family acquired 1,560 Ordinary Shares for 247 pence per
share.
Following these purchases, Mr van Megen has an interest in 4,217,785 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 19.53 per cent. of the Company's current total
issued ordinary share capital.
