Director Shareholding
The Company announces that on 8 January 2007 Heinz Bons, a director of the Company, has transferred 14,081 Ordinary Shares to employees for nil consideration. Mr Bons held these shares as a trustee on behalf of these employees and had no beneficial interest in the shares. Following this transfer, Mr Bons' interest is 4,228,289 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 24.60 per cent. of the Company's current total issued ordinary share capital. There has been no change in his beneficial interest in the company.
