Year End Trading Update
SQS Software Quality Systems AG ('SQS' or 'the Company') the AIM listed leading supplier of independent software testing and quality management services, today confirms that it intends to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31st December 2005 on Tuesday 7th March 2006.
The Board is pleased to report that results for the year ended 31st December 2005 are anticipated to be in line with the market expectations set at the time of the IPO.
Rudolf van Megen, Chief Executive Officer, commenting on the trading update, said:
"SQS has performed well in 2005 and we look forward
to building on that success as we enter the first full year
of our life as a listed company".
