Directors' Shareholdings
The Company was notified today, that on 12 September 2006 Scott Hansen, a
Non-Executive Director, sold 6,200 ordinary shares of €1 each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.00 per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Scott Hansen's beneficial interest in the Company is
3,400 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 0.01% of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital.
