Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 14 November 2005 that Rudolf van Megen has acquired 13,413 ordinary shares of EUR 1 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a total purchase consideration of EUR 202,948.16 on 14 November 2005 pursuant to prior trust arrangements. Following this transfer, Mr Van Megen's interest has increased to 4,673,403 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 29.65 per cent. of the Company's current total issued ordinary share capital.
