Additional Listing of Shares
Further to the SQS AIM Admission Document dated 14 September 2005, the Company announces that it has allotted the further 173,000 ordinary shares with an imputed nominal value of €1 each ("Ordinary Shares") under the placing as anticipated.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange to admit the 173,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commence on 30 September 2005.
The issued share capital of the Company following admission of these Ordinary Shares to trading will be 15,763,080.
